A rider in Lagos state has devised a way to beat the state's ban on Okada.
In a video that has gone viral online, the man tied a trash can behind his bike so he could look like a dispatch rider.
The Lagos state government banned commercial motorcycles and tricycles on Saturday, February 1, and has led to many tantrums in affected areas.

The man used a waster bin to pose as a delivery box and he donned a helmet in a way that makes him look like a dispatch rider.
